About Me
My journey is a rich tapestry interwoven with life lessons, setbacks, disappointments and failures. It includes moments I sometimes wish to forget, but it also narrates a story of resilience, authenticity and truth. I am still on this journey and through it and with it, I have discovered my own fierce grace. I love the Desert Rose because my heart is rooted in the High Desert region of New Mexico and Texas, where this plant thrives and blooms in what is an otherwise unforgiving climate.
I have been a free spirit my whole life. Yoga started out as a grounding hobby for me in my early twenties when my father, a Kundalini teacher, introduced me to it. Since then, it has slowly become the essence of my being. Not a day goes by that I don´t hear the mat calling to me.
In October 2012 I decided to transform my passion into a profession and became an RYT 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certified Hatha Vinyasa teacher. I immediately began teaching at Casa de Yoga in El Paso, Texas, and I’ve never looked back.
My journey of growth and knowledge continued, leading me to become an E-RYT 500 certified Teacher with the School Yoga Institute (SYI) in Bali in 2019. I then trained as a Kundalini teacher (KRI 300) in 2020 with Panch Nishan in Berlin, and pursued further education as an Ayurveda Wellness Coach with Katie Silcox’s Shakti School, and a Yin Yoga Teacher with Soma Chandra and Persia Juliet in 2021. In 2022, I became a Crystal Bowl Facilitator with Irina Stern’s Sound Alchemy and added Breathwork Facilitator training in Portugal in 2023 (Mela Mariposa).
I am also a Teacher Trainer with School Yoga Institute (SYI) and am grateful for the opportunities to facilitate teacher trainings for them around the globe. I channel my passion for Yoga into sharing my knowledge and experiences with others, drawing from a rich tapestry of influences acquired over the years, including TCM, Ayurveda, Shamanism, Breathwork, Mantra, Meditation, and Sound Healing. I have recently learned to play the Ukulele, which has become my heart instrument. My teaching style is a true reflection of myself—a vibrant blend of inspirations from across the world.
